“The eatwell plate” | A survey by the FSA (food standards agency) proved that British people are unaware of what should consist their diet. I am sure this ignorance doesn’t stop in the U.K. borders. For that reason I made this eatwell plate. A balance diet may not be the emergency of the day but it is important to keep us healthy in body and mind.
